After having the “support guys” tell me that I would have to have my laptop mailed “back east” for at least two weeks to replace the entire keyboard because it was “impossible” to just replace a key, I ordered my “N” from here, popped it into place, and voila! A full keyboard again! It took less than 30 seconds. I’m so thrilled.
